Request Account & Data Deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email us from your signed-in address:

Delete BactCounter Account - Body: Please include your account email and “I confirm I want my BactCounter account and data deleted.”
We’ll acknowledge receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). If you have cloud-stored results, they will be removed as part of this process.
